Melissa Griffiths BSc (HONS) MCSP
Having enjoyed a rewarding career in Physiotherapy, Melissa developed her natural skills
and abilities in advanced communication, consultancy, coaching, negotiation and change
management through organisational development within the NHS. She now integrates her
experience through work in the Public and Private sectors, and is committed to developing
individuals, teams and organisations to enable success and transformation into who and
what they want to be.
Melissa is an experienced organisational coach, mentor, and an INLPTA trainer of Neuro
Linguistic Programming with an entertaining and engaging presentation style. Melissa
harnesses her talent by enabling people to understand the impact of their language, beliefs
and behaviours and help them to identify the possibilities and action they can take to
change and grow, demonstrating her passion for enabling others to be the best they can be.
In addition to offering executive coaching, Melissa also runs a private
coaching / therapy practice for those seeking personal growth and change.
Matt Jeavons MBA BA (HONS) MAPM MIRM MBCS CITP
As a consultant working across the private and public sectors, Matt has specialist knowledge
of the technology industry and is passionate about using this experience to enhance the wider
picture of business and cultural change.
An INLPTA Certified Trainer of NLP and NLP Coach; Matt diagnoses, designs and delivers leading
edge programmes and has extensive experience spanning project management, facilitation and
leading, motivating and inspiring others to deliver successful change. He is also a trained
yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner and as such Matt’s unique style blends his experience
of western business and personal development with the esoteric traditions.
Matt’s commitment to personal development reflects an outcome focused approach and a core belief
in the importance of continual learning and improvement for both individuals and organisations.
Laura Willcocks BSc (HONS) MCSP
A vocation in physiotherapy was the start of Laura's career, and she progressed from there
to award winning roles in management - renowned for both innovations in service delivery
and a passion for leading and assisting development with her teams.
Working in Organisational Development enables her to combine coaching, mentoring, consultancy
and training, to work with all levels in organisations for individual and service improvements.
She has a keen interest in both the design and delivery of Quality, Change and Efficiency work
with teams to see practical and measurable benefits.
A skilled INLPTA trainer of NLP, wherever Laura works she infuses teams, individuals and
organisations with energy and a desire to be the best they can be.
She has extensive experience of psychometrics, development and recruitment processes at all
levels including board programmes.
Laura has worked in public, private and charitable sectors delivering lasting change and growth.
Emma Blount MCIPD, RGN
Emma’s career began in health care where she worked at the leading edge of improving care for
patients and their families. She progressed from a clinical focus to take lead roles in service
innovation and team and individual development. Her success has led to her working for the NHS
at both a local and national level.
Emma’s desire to work with others to develop themselves, the people they lead and manage and
the business, led her to her current role in organisational development, working in both the
private and public sector.
Emma is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an INLPTA trainer
of Neuro Linguistic Programming and an experienced coach and mentor. Emma is passionate about
improving lives, is committed to making a difference and enabling others to do the same.
