I thought the NLP Diploma course was fantastic. I don't think I've ever completed a course
where I’ve taken so much away with me. I have used the tools and techniques since the course
and will continue to do so. I believe that I am now able to perform my role as a service
manager with more confidence and belief in my own ability. This is also true for the many
other roles I perform in my working and home life.
